    Hi!

    A couple of days ago there was an update to Metaslider and a WordPress update, and now it breaks navigation for slides on the page (but not for slides on the popup). I’ve been using the plugin and the Metaslider integration has made things a lot easier, so hopefully this will get fixed!

    The page: https://opus16-new.nurofy.at/ You can open up the popups when clicking on the text “Store bilder” on the boxes throughout the page.

    Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry the popup is not working after the update.

    I checked the page https://opus16-new.nurofy.at/ and indeed, the navigation is not working.

    I noticed there are Mixed Content errors in your site. The page was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure element HTTP. Please see:

    Could you please check this is with your hosting?

    Could you also try the following for us?

    1. Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins except for Popup Maker and Metaslider, and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two.
    2. Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
    3. Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.

    Hey @grotlo94,

    Since you see an issue with MetaSlider right after you updated MetaSlider, it’s better to ask the MetaSlider support team for help first. That’s because any update just before an issue is usually the culprit.

    Speaking of … we see that you already posted the same issue to the MetaSlider team without saying anything here. Please avoid duplicate posts since that can cause confusion and delay for both teams.

    BTW, it would be helpful if you tell everyone that you have 2 versions of your site and you only see this on your Norwegian version. I think the MetaSlider team doesn’t know that yet (more confusion).

    Anyway, we think we have a workaround if you want one while the MetaSlider team does their troubleshooting.
