• Hi,

I’ve installed BitIntegrations in a website and followed all the steps to get an integration with Google Sheets to work. And it worked.

But now I’m getting this error in the Timeline:

    "error":{"code":401,"message":"Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https:\/\/developers.google.com\/identity\/sign-in\/web\/devconsole-project.","status":"UNAUTHENTICATED"}}

I’ve installed Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache and thought it was a cache problem. But I’ve deactivated both and the problem persists.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

    Thanks.

  • Hello álvaro Góis dos Santos,

We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Please create a new client Id and Secret. We hope it solves your problem.

And please make sure you are using the latest plugin version. Plugin’s latest version is Version 1.1.1

Maybe you delete the client id and client secret from Google Developer Console; that’s why it’s creating the problem.

Also, please check if the Redirect URIs would be deleted or changed. This problem also creates for changed or deleted Redirect URIs.

If you deleted the client id and client secret from Google Developer Console and changed or deleted Redirect URIs, then the integration will not work.

Here is the help doc of Google Sheets Integration: https://docs.bit-integrations.bitapps.pro/integrations/google-sheet

You can follow this video to create a client Id and Secret for authorization purposes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lrrsJ-051A&ab_channel=BitApps

If the problem is not solved, let us know.

You can contact us with our support.

    Hi,

No, I didn’t delete any credentials in Google Developer Console. I see it there, with the same data.

Also, please check if the Redirect URIs would be deleted or changed. This problem also creates for changed or deleted Redirect URIs.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by Redirect URIs. What is it?

    Thanks.

We are sorry for the late responses.

We appreciate your patience. After your committed issue, we rechecked the plugin from our testing site, and it is successfully operating.

We have already discussed with the developer perspective to this issue. He also seems to be unsure about your particular issue. Cause this problem was created for deleting the client secret from Google Developer Console.

Please create a new client Id and Secret. We hope it solves your problem. If the problem is still not solved.

We can arrange a scheduled meeting to solve your problem.

You can contact us with our support.
