    Hi @comeodore,

Hope you are doing good today. ??

Just to be sure you meant a submission from a single form is getting saved under two separate Google sheet files?

Or you are looking to merge two different form submissions into a single Google Sheet file?

I suppose you meant the 2nd case, ie merge different form submissions into one file? If yes, I’m afraid, there isn’t any out of the box setting regarding this, what you are noticing is the expected behaviour.

Google Sheets integrated with each form will create a new file and will not merge even if its created with same file name.

At the moment, there isn’t any option to merge submission from a different form into the same or already existing Google sheet file. Google Sheet integration is configured for each form and will create a new sheet.

You could create the file under a common Google Drive directory, so they could be organized as shown in your above given GDrive link. Other than that, I’m afraid there isn’t any workaround at the moment regarding this.

I’ll make sure to bring this into our developer’s attention to see if this could be looked as a feature request down the plugin’s roadmap in a future release.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

Hi @wpmudevsupport11, thanks for the answer, thanks for paying attention to the developer, I found a workaround, when copying the site to a new domain, all settings are saved, the only thing is to change the path to save media files in the WordPress settings, but it would be better if I didn’t have to do such “crutches”, but it turned out that way, you can verify this by going through the file located in Google Drive

    Hi @comeodore,

Glad to hear that. I got further feedback from our Forminator team and yes, we’ll be implementing this feature down the plugin’s roadmap.

At the moment, there isn’t any exact ETA but can confirm its something our developers are looking forward to implementing in a future release.

    Have a great day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

Hi @wpmudevsupport11, during development, I also noticed that it is impossible to take a timestamp for a form anywhere, it would be wonderful if you convey the idea of ??such an opportunity for Hidden Field, it would be wonderful, for example, for integration with Google Sheets

    Hello @comeodore

This is already requested and it’s tasked for our developers.
I really can’t provide any estimated time of the release that will include this though.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
