Integration with GetResponse

I have created forms with the Free version of Caldera Forms.
IN the form I am asking for the name and email address as well from the visitors.
I wish to also put a check box on my form and add these visitors to my Getresponse email list so I can send them regular marketing and support emails using autoresponders
