Integration with Forminator Quizzes

Hi,

I have the problem that when I want to open the integrations in Forminator at quizzes it does not load. With a standard forminator form it does.

I have already contacted WPMUdev whether the problem might be with forminator. But they have sent me a log showing some problems with MailOptin Lite.

Any idea how I can fix this or is it perhaps a bug in the plugin itself?
