It would be good to make a request processing script, when a person asks something, if keywords are not found in the script or he is not satisfied with the answer, then the chat is transmitted to support. Usually, in 90% of cases, people ask the same questions or questions that the script can handle, for example, show them the tracking code or tell them where their parcel is or help arrange a return of the goods.
I am also interested in integration with telegram. When the administrator receives notifications in telegram and can reply to the user from there or go directly to his order.
