    we tested the plugin for a while and now we connected it to the stripe account of our client as in the plugin description and we did it before with our own account.

    the account integration status on the stripe dashboard stops at 3/4 in live mode and 2/4 in test mode and tells us to activate the account after doing test purchases. we did test purchases, even live purchases.
    the purchases work but the integration status did not finished.

    stripe support told me it’s a woocommerce part, woocommerce told me to connect to the plugin author…

    would be nice to get a solution here.

    i know you do a great job with the plugin and offer it for free. thanks for that!
    but i need to fix that errors. it`s not acceptable to tell the client “the errors you see on the stripe dashboard are harmless”.

    and all that back and forth between stripe, woocommerce and the pluginauthor is now annoying.

    i hope we get a solution, thanks.

    The plugin doesn’t have any control over the stripe.com account status. It sounds like there is some required information about the Stripe account that is missing. You need to work with Stripe’s customer support to determine what information is missing.

    None of those “errors” are related to the plugin per all the detailed responses provided to you in each thread.

    What would you like the response to be? The errors you have reported are not really “errors” at all and don’t affect the plugin in any way. The plugin can’t control any of those so there isn’t anything we can do about it.

    @kayahnung you will be happy to know I have tracked down exactly when that Missing required param: type. log entry happens. It’s caused during the connection test because the plugin sends a post request to the v1/payment_methods endpoint to test the publishable key.

    So I was incorrect, the entry does originate from the plugin. However, it’s a harmless error which we will resolve in the next release.

    i guess they thought im using the “official” woocomemrce stripe plugin. the problem with stripe support is that they always tell it’s about the plugin and not stripe if you use a third party plugin and don’t integrate the api directly.

    they do not know, why it stops at 3/4. even if the account is finished and works.

    hi there. sorry for that but there is still one problem:

    i had many times contact with stripe support and they told me all the time again, it is an issue on plugins side… i don’t know it!

    let me explain again: everything works fine now in test and in live mode. but the integration status (in test mode) tells me ti activate my account to get the live api key. and its linked to the onboarding process to stripe. but that is completed and i’m redirected to the dashboard again immediately, there it tells me the account is completed. for sure it sounds like an issue on stripe site. but what should i do if they tell me al time to contact the plugin autor…

    That is not something that the plugin can control. This can only be resolved by Stripe unfortunately. It doesn’t sound like it’s interfering with your ability to accept payments though. It sounds like there is some information missing from your account. I’d review your account settings and profile and make sure all that info is filled in.
