integration status stripe account

we tested the plugin for a while and now we connected it to the stripe account of our client as in the plugin description and we did it before with our own account.
the account integration status on the stripe dashboard stops at 3/4 in live mode and 2/4 in test mode and tells us to activate the account after doing test purchases. we did test purchases, even live purchases.
the purchases work but the integration status did not finished.stripe support told me it’s a woocommerce part, woocommerce told me to connect to the plugin author…
would be nice to get a solution here.

but i need to fix that errors. it`s not acceptable to tell the client “the errors you see on the stripe dashboard are harmless”.and all that back and forth between stripe, woocommerce and the pluginauthor is now annoying.
