Hello everything is fine? I have an e-commerce and I am using SELIA as a company to integrate our inventory. They do all the management. The problem is that within Woocommerce, there is no report of the product being in stock or out of stock. Could you help us?

    Hello estudiomoriah,

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce.

I understand that you’re experiencing issues with stock reports not reflecting the in-stock or out-of-stock status of products when using SELIA for inventory management. To address this, I would like to ensure that stock management is enabled on your WooCommerce site.

You can check and enable stock management by going to each product’s edit page, then navigating to Product Data → Inventory, where there is an option to enable ‘Stock management’.

For a step-by-step guide, please refer to our documentation here:?https://woo.com/document/managing-products/#product-data.

Moreover, to assist you further, I’d like to review your site’s configuration.
A System Status Report will provide valuable insights that can help us pinpoint the issue.

Here’s how to obtain the report:
    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Click on ‘Get system report’.
    3. Then click on ‘Copy for support’.

After you have copied the report, please paste it into a new Gist at https://gist.github.com and save it. This will create a shareable link which you can then paste here in your reply to us.

I look forward to your response. ??
