    hello,
i am having a problem with qtranslate and the default text widget of wordpress, before when i used to click on a language tab and edit the widget text body , the body was changed in the language selected only , now if i as an example write in english it show up in the other language too, i don’t mean that it show up in the front page twice , i mean the only one language text is displayed, i really think there is an integration problem between the plugin and the new wordpress default widgets and i tested with the default theme to be sure its not related to my clients theme.
so is there any suggestion for what code be the solution for this?

hello marco i managed to solve my issue today with adding the tag for each language and adding the text within it like the following:
    [:ar]???? ???[:en]contact us[:]
i added the language tag :ar for arabic and :en for english so you can add yours instead of the ar and add after it the words that you need, i made this in both the widget title and the widget content, i hope this helps you.
    Best Regards,
    Mayada

Thank you Mayada I’ll try that too!

I have the same problem and tried your solution but it does not seem to work: instead the title just multiplies itself (each time I clear the title and save, it just does not clear at all).

From what I read, the plugin has not been tested with the last version of wordpress: does it mean there is no more developers behind???

Any other plugin that would do the trick???

i really don’t know other solutions , but i started using wpml with my clients its paid but its supported and works well with them, i really liked qtranslatex but i think they did stop updating the plugin so i couldn’t risk it with new clients.
