Integration Problem

    I have integrated this wordgento plugin in my wordpress website but when i placing this code into my wordpress theme let say header.php file and code is <?php the_block(‘top.links’); ?> then it will generating an error
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_block() in /var/www/wordpress2/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/header.php on line 38

    Please let me know the solutions of this problem asap.
