Integration of messengers

Good afternoon.
Looking for a solution where to organise Helpdesk, I liked SupportCandy plugin – Helpdesk & Support Ticket System, but my clients are mostly in Telegram – is there any possibility of integration with Telegram? I.e. the client writes to the bot in telegram, the bot sends the text to the tickets, the operator answers and the bot gives the answer to the client? Perhaps someone has solved such a problem?
