    Good afternoon

I’ve been struggling to integrate Buddybuilder with some custom field types I have set up for users. Here is the process:

    1) I created a custom field with the name “Community”. The only label I’ve put in there for now is “the_first_name”. Under location I set it to show the field group if user role is equal to all.

    2) A new user registers using a form created with elementor pro. To test the process I created a new custom field type with id “the_first_name”. Once a new person registers the correct name is pulled through into the user’s profile.

    3) Then I go into Buddybuilder (I have the pro version) and create a loop item in elementor. I use a heading set to a div tag, selected dynamic tags, selected advanced custom fields, and under community found the “the_first_name” tag.

Now, unfortunately, this does nothing. This information is not pulled through.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m really frustrated at this stage.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there,

I’m sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with the custom fields.

Unfortunately, commercial products are not supported here and developers cannot support customers on this site. For BuddyBuilder pro support please contact the plugins’ support team here: https://my.staxwp.com/

    I hope this helps.

    Kind Regards
