When I go to Woocommerce > Settings > Integration there’s usually a shipstation section at the top with the shipstation key for linking stores. I was setting up a new shop today and that section wasn’t there.

I’m currently working on a multisite with multiple stores and all of them are missing the shipstation section within Woocommerce. The plugin is currently up to date. I tried deactivating and reactivating and it didn’t do anything. There’s nothing in the error log and I’m just not sure what happened.

    Hi @mikemastro

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this.

I tried testing this locally by installing ShipStation on my local site – the ShipStation settings showed up properly for me, as you can see int he screenshot below: https://cld.wthms.co/FYVW2O

Quick question – how have you set up WooCommerce ShipStation to be network activated? If so, can you try installing it per site to see if this shows up in the WooCommerce > Integrations > ShipStation tab?

Let us know how that goes.
