Integration IDs not showing

    We are facing some problems using the new plugin. The plugin doesn’t import any integration IDs to our WordPress dashboard although we have 6 (live) integrations. Please see the below image:

    Some notes:

    • We were using the old plugin (The one available as a .zip file on paymob docs website)
    • We use WordFence firewall. We already whitelisted some IPs (52.20.63.11 || 34.200.173.150 || 54.211.150.79 || 3.227.170.96)

    Hi Mahmoud,

    Please contact your Paymob account manager to switch your integration IDs into Flash/Unified integration to be compatible with the new Official Paymob plugin.
