Integration error when using smartphone (iphone in this case)

I set up woocommerce amazon pay plugin in my site and try to start the recurring payment of my service.
When testing with PC, it functions without problem, but with my iPhone Amazon returns the error saying that “We’re sorry The payment method that you chose isn’t available for this purchase. Please choose another. Integration error summary
