Integration Communication issue

There was a successful transaction showing on the cashfree payments portal at 9:59PM. The order on woocommerce was timed out at 11:08PM. I talked to the cashfree payment gateway support and they told me that they sent the logs showing that the gateway sent confirmation message, but it was not acknowledged by the plugin.
I also talked to the woocommerce support team, and they said that it is an error in the communication between the payment gateway and the plugin.
