I’m really having trouble integrating this product. It’s all installed, but when I buy a (test) product from my store FetchApp isn’t sending it to my email address. I’ve got the API entered and I’ve pressed sync products in FetchApp. The products are set to downloadable only. The payment goes through with PayPal, but I don’t receive an email with like when I use the standard PayPal add-to-cart.

There is a form in the backend of the product that asks for a file location to pull the download from. If I am to put my FetchApp file in there where do I get the URL from? This is all I can think of to solve this problem or else I am missing something. What do you suggest? What am I missing?

I am having the same problem as well the order doesn’t make it over to FetchApp to send the email, and even when I sync the orders it still doesn’t send the link. Is there any resolution to this?

    Hi BurtAffiliate and loveandcupcakesshoppe,

I just released a new version of the plugin, 1.0.4. This update should fix the problems you both have been experiencing. Would you mind giving the new version a try and letting me know how it goes.
