Integrating WordPress in my Site

I’m definitely a newbie at this WordPress stuff. I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me. I’m trying to add a WordPress blog to my existing website that I already layed out. I want to add it on this page: https://www.jickpictures.com/preview/blog2/blog.html, inside the gray lines on the left.

The only problem is, I have no idea how to add the blog to make the posts go inside those lines. Maybe a little sidebar that goes on the left side inside those lines, then the blog posts on the right side. That’s all I want. If anyone can help me out that’d be so great. Thanks.
