Integrating Mailchimp Checkbox

    Dear HTML Forms Team,

    I want to include a checkbox so that visitors can opt-in for a Mailchimp newsletter when they fill the form. If they check the checkbox, I want it to integrate with Mailchimp account.
    I am currently doing it with WP-Forms and MC4WP (link to screenshot attached). How can I do the same with HTML Forms?
