Integrating email newsletter (campaign monitor)

Hi,

I’m trying to integrate a newsletter sign up from campaign monitor. This is the code

I’d like it to go beneath the header. I’ve changed the permissions to 666 but on the theme editor it still says I need to change permission.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
