Integrating a Single-Folder Website into Theme

A client of mine has a website that I’m building in WordPress. There’s a platform they want to use for a reports section for their site. The platform’s app basically spits out a self-contained website into a folder. It has an index.html and a whole bunch of javascript files. These javascript files load into the index.html based on whatever report(s) are selected to view. Is it possible to drop this site folder somewhere into WordPress, and implement the index.html into a WordPress page, so it looks like it’s part of the site?
