Integrate WP to my website

Hi. I went to b2’s website… cafelog.com and I tried to download it, and it sent me to wordpress. I was wondering if I could use WP like b2? Meaning, can I integrate WP into my website with my own simple design? I don’t want a whole template, I just want to add the blog’s content in a iframe. Here is an example of what I mean…
