    Hello,

I am trying as many others i see to integrate woocommerce with fb, as to skip the double process of importing products to woocommerce and facebook csvs.

I have downloaded the facebook for woocommerce plugin, i have setup the facebook page, pixel, product catalog etc.

From fb’s perspective i see on the data sources woocommerce and i have also added woocommerce as admin to the page but it seems the integration is failing.

I have also checked from another thread the wp-admin/options.php -> wc_facebook_external_business_id. i changed it to simple name but still can not integrate.

Can we please resolve the issue together?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @djimman,

It will be great if you could share any error message you are getting. You can do this via screenshots or copy and paste the error in your reply.

Additionally, can you please confirm that you have followed the Facebook for WooCommerce documentation correctly and did not face any issues on the way?

    Link to docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/

I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.

I managed to resolve this by doing the following steps.

I logged in into facebook. I navigated to my business page catalog manager

    https://business.facebook.com/commerce_manager/?source=CATALOG_MANAGER_LANDING_PAGE

If there is already a catalog created by trying to connect woocommerce with facebook through your sites plugin, then delete the catalog, and create one by the the facebook’s catalog page (attached url above).

Once you click new catalog, select the type of your catalog and then press next. Next, select the e-commerce platform as you see from the following screen

and type the name below on the field catalog owner and press finish setup.

Then a zip file is downloaded (it is facebook woocommerce plugin parameterized based on the settings you chose). Next go to your site and go to update the plugin to your site. Once you upload it, go to plugins settings and connect with facebook.

    You are ready.
