Integrate with Contact Form 7 plugin

Hello. I’ve integrated freshmail with “Contact Form 7” plugin. I using shortcode checkbox, it works perfectly, but how can i add name text input to the “CF7”? I added name text input but it isn’t works. Name isn’t sends to Freshamail.
