Integrate radio buttons choices on Contact Form with different mailchimp lists

I have included five radio buttons and the Mailchimp subscribe optin checkbox at end of form.

I want the emails and names of people to go to different lists in MailChimp depending on which radio button is clicked.

e.g. if a person clicks the first radio button his details should go to MailChimp List A. If he clicks second radio the details should go to Mailchimp B. etc.

Now the whole form is able to go to one or many Mailchimp lists, but my requirement is that the choice of radio button should control which Mailchimp list gets the subscriber details.
