Integrate Post Form in Theme

    I am creating a WordPress Theme and I want to integrate a Post Form (i.e. Add New Post Form) in the Theme which should run from the theme options in the admin panel of WordPress. E.g. When I Login to wp-admin and go to Theme Options, there the form should be located to Add New Post which I fill and click Submit and it process the form and add that post (as wparcade.com has added this functionality in their themes to post games).

    Does anyone know what are the codes for it and how to do this?
