    Hey folks,

I want to integrate a kind of form in my booking process, where a customer can state their preferences regarding a) staff member and b) time when booking one of our services through the store. Are there any best practices for this kind of a process? At which point would it makes most sense and is there any elegant technical solution you know?

Thanks in advance and have a nice day ??

    Hi there,

It depends on your specific product, so there are likely various approaches that would work. One approach is add-ons.

An extension like WooCommerce Product Add-Ons will allow you to add optional features to products. A user can select add-ons on a per-product basis for a fee, if you choose so.

A variation on this theme is WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons, which is a similar concept, except add-ons are offered at checkout, so applies to the entire basket rather to one specific product.

If you have more specific questions about these extension, or other ones that might meet your needs, feel free to ask them via our sales form:

    Hey @luizzle

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
