Integrate a site from a localhost to a regular host

    Hi,
    my problem is this.

    I’m trying to import two sites (hosted by “xampp” and “local”).

    For the site hosted in XAMPP I use the Duplicator plugin – WordPress Migration Plugin, the free version only allowed me to export, but did not allow me to import.

    For Local I use All-in-One WP Migration – I have no problem with export, in a local environment I can upload the whole file, but in my server the maximum file size is below 32 MB. That is, it does not allow me to import the file (with db, theme,plugin and etc.), which is 160MB.

    My goal is to migrate both sites to regular public hosts without having to do everything again.
    Is there any way I missed..
