Insurance Cost

Hello,
for some products I have to add an insurance cost of 7% of the price. After this I also have to add the VAT. How can I do so?
The total would look like this:
product 1 – price (insurance yes)
product 2 – price
insurance – 7% over price product 1
VAT – over all the above
