insufficient support, buggy plugin

OMG, these guys behind the support desk just don’t know what they are doing.

I quote from a response: “I think UM uses the username when there are no First name and Last name fields in the UM Profile Form.”

They “think”… ??? This is making excuses that the plugin is buggy or doesn’t work properly.

Offering useless, time-consuming (not even) solutions, which leads nowhere, with neverending conversations. It seems they do not even comprehend or want to understand the problem, which BTW is clear from the screencast videos.
