    Insufficient permissions in Analytics 4

Your Google account does not have sufficient permissions to access Analytics 4 data, so you won’t be able to see stats from it on the Site Kit dashboard. This service was originally connected by an administrator — you can contact them for more information.

I try to link my google ads account into site kit, every time I click request access, WordPress will display a small message saying email will be sent to administrator to ask for access, since I also own the administrator email, I have never received email to ask for access permission.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there?@oceanaonbroadbeach and thanks for getting in touch. This message is displayed when the admin logged in and viewing Site Kit does not have access to the connected Analytics property.

Can I ask if it was you who set up Site Kit or would this have been a different administrator? If this was set up by a different admin then you will need to reach out to them and request access to the connected Analytics account/property for your Google account.

If you can no longer reach the admin who set this up then you can try performing a Site Kit reset. Please note however as stated in the guide that resetting Site Kit disconnects all users and removes all Site Kit settings, Dashboard Sharing settings and data within WordPress. After resetting, other administrators will need to go through the setup process again. Any users that have access to a view only dashboard will lose access to them.

You can also read up more on this in our guide?here. If you are still having issues at this point then please could you share your Site Health information. You can use this form?to share privately if preferred.?

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
