Hmm. That’s characteristic of not being the administrator, but definitely unexpected in a sole admin environment.

What page are you attempting to access – is this the WP Accessibility settings page? If so, that is keyed to the capability ‘manage_options’ – which you should have if you’re an administrator, unless you’re using a custom administrator role, as opposed to a standard administrator.

Do you have any plug-ins installed that manage user roles?

Seems to be good now. I wonder if it had properly activated. When I logged back in it was not activated. Which is odd, because previously I could see it under Settings.
