    Hi,

    i have enabled the addon “buycred”

    but if you have dont have enough points you getting a message “Insufficient funds” and then happens nothing.

    Is it possible to show a field where user can buy points or automatically forwarding to the buypoints page?

    Thank you for contacting support, kindly note that buycred allows you to buy points using real cash. Can you please explain when do you encounter this error and in which addon?

    I have woocommerce and mycred on my site.

    If I want to pay and have not enough points the it sows “Insufficient Funds” in a red small popupwindow.

    Now my users have to look for where you can buy points with real money on the website….

    It would be nice if the user is automatically redirected to the buy-points-website.

    or is this a woocommerce problem? ^^
