Instructors unable to add courses

    hello!
    I have assigned multiple users as tutor in my website but none of them could add new course.
    Only admin is capable of adding courses at present , though I have not used any user role editor plugins.
    A message appears with ‘you do not have sufficient permission to enter this page ‘ whenever instructors click on ‘add new course’ under ‘profile’.
    So how can I make them able to add new course?
    On the instructor dashboard, only ‘course’ is restricted but other options like Q/A, quiz attempts, withdrawn requests are accessible.please help

    Hello Mohitpoudel33,

    Thanks for using Tutor LMS. The free version of this plugin allows only a single instructor for a single course. The pro version includes multiple instructors feature.

    I forgot to ask whether you have allowed your instructors to publish their own courses from TUTOR SETTINGS > INSTRUCTORS > ALLOW PUBLISHING COURSE.

    If you haven’t enabled this from tutor settings, your instructors won’t be able to publish their courses. Please don’t forget to save your changes in the settings.

    Remember, in the free version your instructor can publish only one course. You can’t add more than one instructor for a single course.

    thank you for the response but I’m sorry to inform you that I have allowed instructors to publish their own course from setting and all the users assigned with the role tutor instructor are not getting access to the page after clicking on ‘add new course ‘ option on their dashboard.
    Furthermore screen appears with the text ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’ while instructors try to add new course.
    I hope you got an idea about the problem I’m facing and it is unrelated to assigning a single course to multiple instructors.

    Sorry to disappoint you. While creating a course with Tutor LMS free version, you are not allowed to add more than one instructor for a single course which means only the admin can create and publish his/her own course.

    I can’t create a course after registering as a instructors.
    「You do not have permission to view this page」 displayed.
    it is unrelated to assigning a single course to multiple instructors.

    You need to approve the Instructor registration from Tutor LMS > Instructor > Approve. Make sure you have approved that. If the provided solution has not worked for you, I would request you to come to our live chat or email at [email protected] for further investigation.
