Instructors Access to Backend

    One of LMS general settings is to allow instructors to access the backend panel, but, when you set it to allow them to access, they can’t access their Bookit section.

    We detected that there is a conflict in permissions because instructor settings in Masterstudy LMS deny bookit staff role to access the backend and there are instructors that offer bookit services too. (i.e. they have two roles combined, instructor & bookit staff)

    How can I do to give instructors role the permission to access bookit admin backend panel?

    By default, there is no option to assign two user roles (Instructor and Bookit Staff) to one user.

    If the instructor role is selected, then Bookit backend settings will not be available. If the role is selected as a Bookit Staff, then there will be no access to the instructor’s backend settings.

    You can try to use one of the third-party plugins, which are intended to assign to one user multiple user roles in order to assign two user roles to the user. However, please kindly note that these are third-party plugins and were not tested with the theme so we cannot guarantee full compatibility.

    The problem is that if we set the role to Bookit staff, we never see what is included in the documentation of the plugin, here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/bookit-calendar/plugin-features/staff

    We have checked this case on our test websites but have not found this case. We used MasterStudy LMS and Bookit plugins:

    Please note that users with the Bookit Staff role should log in via the default WP form at /wp-login.php

    Also, please note that only the Bookit panel will be available to the Staff role:
