Instructor Role

  • Instructor role not working. When I set a user up as the instructor, they don’t have access to the wp-admin site. It just keeps pushing them back to the main page. Do they not have access to this area to create courses and other learnpress content?

    Hi cmcgivern,

    By default, all user roles can access /wp-admin page. I believe there is a plugin on your site which prevent access from those roles.

    Please go to menu Plugins then share the activated plugins list to me. I will need to take a look at it first ??
