    Hello @chelseacarson08

    Due to the way the plugin was built the gravatar is shown in the emails. This is something that we will have to work on. I have listed this in our plugin development changelog hopefully in our future updates you will see this changed. For now I am sorry to tell you the gravatar is what will be shown because of the way the plugin was built. Its a limitation of our plugin. I hope you can understand.

    I appreciate the response. For now I’ll modify the email template as a work-around.
