Hello,
We found a problem with the certificate builder. It does not correctly display the author, instructor of the course. When downloading the certificate, it always displays the name of the site administrator.

So
We created a template of certificate with the certificate builder, filled it with information, added a substitute element -instructor – and etc. Then we created a course, assigned an user to the course “Instructor” (an instructor user with an instructor’s personal account).
We go to the frontend of the site, take and finished the course as a student user, upload the certificate, and the certificate shows the user name “Administrator” instead of “Instructor”. What should we do about it?`

Hi @gorbunoff09 ,

Please make sure that plugin is up to date. Also, make sure that instructors name under WP profile setting is set correctly.
If you still face any issues, provide a screenshot if possible.

Hello, thank you for your answer, we checked the plugin updates, today everything was updated to the latest version, despite this, the problem did not disappear.
I am sending screenshots:

We can take for example this course
Author of this course is SAI Chile, but after export of he certificate displayed the name of administrator SAI Russia
