instructor emails being sent as instructor enrolled not student

  • Good Day,

    I seem to have a problem with the emails that’s being sent to the instructor after the student has enrolled – I have checked the email template, it triggers correctly from {student_username} but the email comes out as

    Dear {instructor_username},
    Mr. {student_username} <– this displays as {instructor_username} -> the rest is correct

    I haven’t tested this out by replacing {username} instead of {student_username}

    will do that just now

    I have tested this with {student_username} alone, it seems {student_username} is calling var {instructor_username}

    Are you making Payment status-completed from WooCommerce > Orders by yourself? Or automated Email after enrollment is coming like this format?
