Instructions point to menu Disqus page that doesn’t exist

  • I’m sure this runs OK, though saying going to settings menu etc, these don’t exist in my account where it says. I assume I know the replacement, but since the plugin didn’t work I can’t confirm what it was. Would be nice to be updated to clear instructions, then I’m sure it’s 5 stars.

    @marshalleq – you may not have noticed, but you have posted on the ‘reviews’ tab, not the ‘support’ tab. If you wanted support or to point out a broken link (to a website that I have no control over) the ‘support’ tab would have been the spot.

    Just keep in mind that the WordPress Plugin Directory is a free resource – people volunteer many hours of their time to develop, maintain and support the plugins. Leaving one-star reviews as some sort of ransom for support, especially when you’ve failed to use the support tab, is seen as ‘review blackmail’ – something I have no interest in.
