Instructions not visible to purchaser

  • Latest version of the plugin and wordpress, I’m running the flatsome theme. When I install the plugin it gives the option to checkout with interac and the info for the secret question is being passed to the woocommerce in the order info which I can see. The issue when a check out via that method the only thing I get is
    Order Complete:
    Thank you. Your order has been received.

    None of the instructions are being pushed to the customer to make payment just that line on the order-received page.
