Instragram has returnd invalid data

    Good evening everyone,

    I am contacting you because I would like to test your module before possibly going through the Pro version of it.

    The problem is that at the moment I cannot display your module from my page builder.
    I use the Flatsome theme in its latest version accompanied by the UX Builder. Your module and these options are displayed well, this is not a problem.
    However, whatever username is entered I always have the same answer: “Instagram did not return a 200” or “Instagram has returned invalid data.” all this while having of course verified several times the identifier.

    What can you do to make the display work? I of course connected my Instagram account from the module settings.

    Hey @thibaultyv,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Our plugin doesn’t display an error message with this wording. You may be using another plugin or a feature of your theme. If our plugin is installed and configured you can display the feed from our plugin using the following shortcode:

    [instagram-feed]

    Can you try adding that shortcode on the page to see if the feed shows up?

    Indeed by adding the shortcode [instagram-feed] it works well, hence my astonishment.

    Where it does not suit me is that I would like to display the instagram feed as a carousel or it is only possible to achieve this from the options integrated into the page builder.

    Glad to hear you were able to get our feed displaying. The option to display the feed in a carousel layout is only available in the Pro version of the plugin. Unfortunately, we’re not able to answer questions related to the Pro version of the plugin here as that’s against the forum rules.     This is what I thought I understood, the presence of the option in my page builder struck me as weird since it was a only premium option. I think that must be the reason why it is not showing.
