    Hi & thanks for the plugin.

    Everything works fine, but since some days the Instagram feed images don’t show up any more. Instead there′s this code:

    <img class=" lazyloaded" src="https://sp-ao.shortpixel.ai/client/to_auto,q_glossy,ret_img/https://djs-online.de/wp-content/plugins/instagram-feed/img/placeholder.png" data-src="https://sp-ao.shortpixel.ai/client/to_auto,q_glossy,ret_img/https://djs-online.de/wp-content/plugins/instagram-feed/img/placeholder.png" alt="[alt-text]" style="display: none;">

    (and a <noscript> tag with the same content.)

    I tried deactivating Autoptimize, but nothing changed. Can you help with that?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Uli`

    A helpful hint from Optimizing Matters: Adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL deactivates Autoptimize and shows the un-optimized page.

    Hey @derherrmeier,

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Looking into your issue, it seems to be a conflict with Shortpixel, not Autoptimize. I suggest you enable the following option by going to Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > Disable JS Image Loading. Then, in the same area, clear the plugin’s cache by clicking on the buttons “Reset Resized Images” and “Clear Backup/Permanent Caches.”

    Should you not see any changes right away, please clear your website and browser’s cache. If this does not help, please reach out to us via the support form on our website here for further assistance, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.

    Let me know if you have any further questions.
    Best regards.

    Hi Paola,
    thank you for your support! I chekced the option Disable JS Image Loading, reset Resized Images and cleared Backup-, site- and browser caches. Now (when Autoptimize ist deactivated) placeholder images from Instagram Feed ([...]/plugins/instagram-feed/img/thumb-placeholder.png) are displayed.
    I′ll send a support request on the mentioned adress as well.

    Best regards,
    Uli
