Hi, I wanted to know if a customer has to subscribe the same product again, every time it is out of stock? Is it possible that once the customer has subscribed to a product, they get a notification every time the product is in stock, without subscribing to the same product again and again.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We’re sorry to inform you that, as of now, your requested feature is unavailable on our end (i.e., subscribers are required to resubscribe to the same product each time it goes out of stock if they wish to receive an in-stock notification when it becomes available again).

However, we’ve noted it and will consider implementing it with an optimised solution in our upcoming versions as per its feasibility.

    Thanks.

This is something I need. We stock some items with limited quantities and people on waiting lists for years.

I have to manually go in and send emails when something comes in stock because many of the subscribers have already had an email. But as they all have a “Mail Sent” status when stock level goes up, it’s hard not to know who I am sending two emails two.

    Hello @ee44 ,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

Based on your query, it appears that you manually send in-stock emails and are facing the challenge of tracking recipients who have already received an email, as they all have a “Mail Sent” status.

Taking this into consideration, we would like to propose an alternative solution that involves displaying the count of manual in-stock emails sent to corresponding subscribers in the list table. This feature will provide you with a clear overview, allowing you to avoid sending duplicate emails to the same subscribers. This will be expected in our next/upcoming updates.

    Thanks.
