Instinct E-commerce Paypal Gateway Issue

For some reason E-commerce stopped working on the transfer of payment forms to the paypal gateway.
“Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.”
It was working fine before and none of the settings have been changed in the options admin of instinct e-commerce…..using latest version of e-commerce 3.6.7
I also checked all the options in my paypal account, no issue there.
