Instillation and Login Help

I tried installing WordPress from the guide on this site and was not able to do it. I then switched over to Bluhost and installed the account on that site. They said everything was installed successfully and I would have access to the admin panel once it was activated with WordPress. The problem is, I still can’t access the admin dashboard.
The domain for our associations website is https://www.wisconsinmusicteachers.com. I have already tried accessing the admin panel through the following:
