Instead of dicount its adding fee

    I set 5% discount for one of my payment gateway but instead of discounting it is adding 5% amount to total cart value, what i am missing?

    Could you please clarify whether you have added a minus (-) sign in front of 5 within the ‘Fee value’ option? Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/OUBAwq84mPv8

    Even after adding a negative number in the ‘Fee value’ option, if the discount is not calculated instead a fee is charged, could you please send us an email at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot com’ detailing the problem? Additionally, it would be immensely helpful if you could share the screenshots of the settings configured in our plugin.

    Once we have the necessary information to replicate the issue, we’ll conduct thorough testing on our side and provide you with an update. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
