    Hi,

    Love the plugin. For some reason it does not save my info when i fill in the input fields on my check out page. I am taking over development from another company and maybe it has something to do wwith the checkout page.

    It works fine when i use exit intent and enter e-mail there but on input fields within checkout page it does not work

    Went over to your store. It seems that you are using some custom Checkout plugin / solution?
    Does the issue happen if you switch to a different Theme?

    @nauriskolats When i switch themes it works fine. I guess it is the custom theme the other devs made. It does not register the e-mail field because it is made custom. Any idea if this is reprogrammable in code to collect it like it is supposed to?

    It should be fixable, jut not sure what is going on in your custom theme and how it was designed. So the best bet would be to reach out to theme developers to find out the reason for this.

    This is just a guess, but it might be that checkout form is generated or created using Ajax after the page and all scripts have already loaded which might be the reason CartBounty does not “see” the input fields. But this is just a guess or direction at what to look at. ??
