Instant Message doesnt work

  • I have tried sending emails to 673 subscribers and it was successful. I created some categories for my subscribers so that I can send specific messages to them. Now, the Instant mail doesn’t work, if it does, it would only send emails to 40% out of 100%.
    Please can you help resolve this issue.
