Instant invalid link after asking new password

Hi wxam,
All process of user registration and password resting are being done by WordPress. wpForo does nothing there. Could you please deactivate all plugins and check one by one which is the problem maker?

Even with all the plugins deactivated i it still expires the link instantly.
Pretty strange if you ask me. it is it a problem of WordPress then?
I even deactivated WP-Foro and it still doesn’t work.

Sure, this problem has no any relation to wpForo, this is WordPress URL configuration issue, maybe even permalink configuration issue. Try to change WP Permalink structure. Also check WP URLs in Settings > General admin page.

I changed both, And changed them back with no succes still can’t get it what so ever

Please open a support topic in WordPress Forum, or search for such problem. This is something hard to guess. You need to find other cases.

I found out what the problem is.

The link appears to be wrong.

the link is:

<https://realmsofdarkness.nl/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=nRAA7D8jZRF2hFpleZlW&login=Test&gt;

but it needs to be:

<https://realmsofdarkness.nl/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=nRAA7D8jZRF2hFpleZlW&login=Test

i don’t know if you guys know any way to change the password reset button because the > is taken in the link and so the link is in <…> but i only want the link not the <…> can i delete these somehwere or change the reset password link
